SINAK S-102™ is a penetrating, non-film-forming concrete curing agent designed as an alternative to traditional water curing and membrane-forming curing compounds.
Applied to freshly finished concrete, SINAK S-102 helps retain the moisture required for continued cement hydration. This supports concrete strength development, improves surface durability and helps reduce cure-related cracking, crazing and slab curling.
Unlike conventional film-forming concrete curing compounds, SINAK S-102 penetrates the concrete and leaves no membrane or surface residue. This makes it suitable for industrial concrete floors, polished concrete, precast concrete, tilt-up construction and surfaces that will subsequently receive coatings, bond breakers, joint sealants, repair products or other topical treatments.
SINAK S-102 is a clear, water-based, zero-VOC concrete curing treatment supplied ready to use. It requires no mixing, dilution or agitation and can be applied efficiently across large concrete slabs and vertical concrete surfaces.
The penetrating treatment cannot be removed by normal construction traffic and eliminates the need for wet-curing blankets, continuous watering and ongoing monitoring. This can reduce curing labour, construction delays and waste while providing consistent curing performance.
SINAK S-102 also provides long-term protection against water penetration, chloride intrusion, de-icing salts, efflorescence and freeze-thaw exposure. It is suitable for interior and exterior concrete where effective curing, surface compatibility and long-term concrete durability are required.
