Sinak QS-90 is a spray-applied, clear, single-component, water-based hybrid sealer designed to shield new and exisiting interior and exterior, vertical and horizontal substrates from water penetration, surface wear and environmental degradation. As a hybrid system, QS-90 provides a durable, UV Stable, non-yellowing barrier that enhances appearance, performance and longevity on a wide variety of surfaces and substrates, including (but not limited to) concrete, pavers, terazzo, gypsum, brick, natural stone, masonry, asphalt, metal, wood, underlayments, expoxy, decorative substrates, coatings, flooring and roofing systems.
