Roadware Flexible Cement II is a rapid-curing, two-component hybrid polyurethane developed for repairing cracks, maintaining control joints and reinstating damaged concrete.
Unlike rigid repair materials that can crack or debond when the concrete moves, Flexible Cement II remains semi-flexible and securely bonded while accommodating low levels of deflection, dynamic loading, thermal expansion and contraction.
Its hydrophobic formulation has low moisture sensitivity, making it suitable for demanding areas such as ground-bearing slabs, coolstores, freezers and containment facilities. It can be installed in cold conditions and typically cures sufficiently for heavy traffic in approximately 15–20 minutes at 22°C.
Supplied in self-mixing dual cartridges, the two components are accurately proportioned and combined through a static mixing nozzle, allowing the material to be applied directly into the prepared repair without manual mixing., bulk kits are also available ( 7.5 Litre & 38 Litre kits )

Industrial concrete repairs often need to be completed without extended shutdowns or disruption to facility operations.
Flexible Cement II cures sufficiently for most traffic in approximately 15–20 minutes at 22°C. This makes it suitable for operational warehouses, factories, coolstores, airports and other facilities where prolonged downtime is not practical.
Curing time will vary according to the temperature of the material and the concrete substrate. Warmer temperatures reduce curing time, while colder conditions extend it.
Designed to Accommodate Movement
Rigid repair products can crack, separate or debond when applied to concrete affected by thermal movement, deflection, vibration or dynamic loading.
Flexible Cement II forms a tough, semi-flexible repair that remains bonded while accommodating low levels of movement within the repaired area.
This makes it particularly useful for repairing cracks and control joints where a completely rigid repair material may not provide suitable long-term performance.
Moisture and Cold-Temperature Performance
Flexible Cement II is a hydrophobic polyurethane with low moisture sensitivity. It can tolerate small amounts of moisture during application and performs well in moisture-prone areas, including ground-bearing slabs, coolstores, freezers and containment facilities.
The product also maintains flexibility at low temperatures and cures rapidly in subzero environments when applied in accordance with Roadware requirements.
Roadware Flexible Cement II is designed for repairing low movement concrete surfaces. It is not intended to be used as a high movement expansion joint.
